Camouflage With The Traveller's Trove

Maxi: Forever 21 | Crop Top: H&M | Vintage Necklace: The Travellers Trove | Shoes: Forever New | Clutch: Primark | Sunglasses: StyleFiesta | On My Lips: Mac's Impassioned | On My Nails: ColorBar's Feisty Pink

Moving on with summer, Mumbai has reached an unbelievable heat index of 45 degrees and honestly, its getting a bit too humid for pants and even shorts for that matter. The minute we step back home, after long hours of work, we get so sticky and feel the oil all over our face. But hey! there is nothing to worry now because maxis are here to the rescue. If you are from the ones who feel shy of wearing short dresses, or sleeveless silhouettes, this outfit is an ideal choice.

About this look: I've summed up this outfit by taking inspiration from three trends currently moving around us. One: The maxi affair | Two: Crop tops | Three: Tropical color palette. We all have seen Zara having an outburst of tropical prints, which have been incorporated in every silhouette possible. Going slightly towards solid colors, I picked up tropical colors i.e olive green and tan brown and added white and a tinge of pink to stand out. If you are cautious about your arms or stomach, and still urge to wear sleeveless or crop tops, it's simple! Pair them up both together :) Yes, you read right. I paired my olive green sleeveless maxi with a white crop top just to balance out my outfit and trust me its the most comfortable outfit in the world. I was lusting to have a vintage necklace with charms and all things nice, and this one that I received from The Travellers Trove was perfect. Its was the right blend of pearls, studs, and lovely charms that beautifully enhanced my upper body. I fell in love with it all the more because it was giving me a slight break from the gold accessories and seeking in more of a vintage appeal.

I'm so happy to announce Love & Something's new collaboration with The Travellers Trove. They surely do have a wide range of chunky and dainty accessories. You can buy them at Amazon as well :)

Until next time :*

Lover's Paradise

Yellow Blazer, Printed Bodycon Dress, Ring: Lola's Closet | Shoes: Sole'D Shoes | Head Gear: Forever 21

After my first shoot with Lola's Closet & Sole'D, I was extremely overwhelmed with all the love you showered Love & Something with. And so I decided to give you guys another dose of the same! :) My last post was all floral and orange-y, and so this time I picked on bright hues and digital prints, yet being summer friendly !

Before I move on to my looks, I would like to say a big thank you to Lola's Closet & Sole'D for all the love & support :)
And I'm delighted to bring this to your notice that the Sole'D Shoes Collection is officially launching on Lola's Closet today :D So get going girls! Happy Tuesday & Happy Shopping <3
About this look: I always fell for florals and abstract prints individually. However, I never knew how both these prints together could change the entire outcome of an outfit. Picking up a color from the print, I chose to highlight the areas of the print using the yellow blazer which was just the right length to wear it over a bodycon skirt. Recently, I'm so inspired by the Coachella street style pictures, it just made me want to fall in that phase too! And so I thought what could be better than a floral head gear itself ? My recent trip to forever21 got successful when I laid my hand on this beauty, which so perfectly suited this attire. Not caring about my bag and slipping in silver&gold flats made me feel just right!
I hope you guys loved the Summer Series on Love & Something with Lola's Closet & Sole'D Shoes.

But hey! Summer's not over yet <3
Stay Tuned for more :*

Summer Love With Lola & Sole'd

Floral Blouse, Skater Skirt, Tassel Jute Sling Bag, Link Ring, Sunglasses: Lola's Closet | Studded Flats: Sole'd Shoes

I'm so, so happy to finally announce my collaboration with Lola's Closet. We've been working on this since two weeks now, and we are so excited to present this to our viewers and readers :)

Moving on, when I came across Lola's Closet I was so pleased with their collection. When we finally signed into a collab, I was really delighted with their extremely easy and quick way of getting my delivery made to my house asap. I fell in love with Lola's Closet even more when I felt the material to my skin. It was light in weight, perfect summer material - yet not see through! What else do we girls even need to beat this heat after all ?

About this look: I may just get bored with ombre, animal print, geometrics, abstracts and digital, but I will never, that's right - NEVER will I get bored of florals. You guys have seen me wearing florals before, and here I am back again, to present the floral trend to you, in a little different way. Skater skirts are perfect for this season, and I picked upon a loose blouse to pair it with. Studded t-strings and tassel sling helped me to complete my look. I hit upon some cat-eye sunnies, which was quite a successful challenge for me. I have a really small face, but this cat-eye trend is surely a must-have for each one of you there :)
I hope you guys enjoyed this post as much as we did planning it, but wait! There's more! x
Guess what's next on Love & Something by writing in the comment box below,
Until next time :*

Summer Series

Dress: Mango | Shoes: Tres Mode | Sunglasses: Ray Ban | Accessories: Forever21 | On my nails: Color Bar's White Nail Paint In Matte | And where is my bag ? - Well, aren't there days where you totally want to go hands-free ? ;)

We miss the sun only when it's not around, don't we ? I'm so happy to say that Summer has finally hit the grounds of Mumbai City. I'm so glad to finally feel the sunshine on my face. It's now time to pull out your mini skirts, hot shorts, tank tees, flowy dress and your favourite sunnies <3
Love & Something's Summer Series is now here to set you up for summer. So watch this space for more x

About this look: I picked this dress recently from Mango. I loved the nautical stripes that moved around me. It's a little loose, but hey! who wants to wear those fitted ones and challenge this heat ? Also, the detailing to this dress, is so feminine. Pleated high waist skirts had always been on my want-list, so when I got my hands over this one, I could not help myself not buying it! Paired it up with gold accessories and a tinge of orange and white nails - with my classic nude wedges and new sunnies from Ray Ban!
